Information on the processing of personal data “Privacy”.<\/h4>\n

We wish to inform you that your personal data, collected through registration or booking, will be used by Camping Daino, in full compliance with the fundamental principles, dictated by legislative decree n.\u00a0196 of 30 June 2003 Code regarding the protection of personal data and by the European Regulation 679\/2016 \u2013 GDPR.<\/p>\n

Personal data processing operations and related purpose.<\/h4>\n

Below, we summarize them pursuant to art.\u00a013, paragraph 1 of the GDPR 679\/2016, all the operations we carry out which involve the collection, storage or processing of your personal data, and the purposes we pursue with each of them:<\/p>\n

Collection and storage of your personal data for the purpose of providing the booking\/purchase service.\u00a0Since these are treatments necessary for the definition of the contractual agreement and for its subsequent implementation, the conferment is mandatory.<\/p>\n

Use of your data for marketing and promotional purposes, communications relating to the reservation and not.\u00a0Sending communications regarding offers, promotions and\/or by way of example reserved discount rates.\u00a0For this purpose, after obtaining your optional consent, your data will be kept and will not be disclosed to third parties.\u00a0You can withdraw your consent at any time;<\/p>\n

In order to comply with the “Consolidated text of public safety laws” (article 109 RD 18.6.1931 n. 773) which requires us to communicate to the Police Headquarters, for public safety purposes, the personal details of the clients accommodated according to the established methods by the Ministry of the Interior (Decree of 7 January 2013).\u00a0The provision of data is mandatory, and in case of refusal to provide them we will not be able to host you in our structure.\u00a0The data acquired for this purpose are not kept by us;<\/p>\n

For the purpose of fulfilling the administrative, accounting and tax obligations.\u00a0For these purposes, the processing is carried out without the need to obtain your consent.\u00a0The data is processed by us and by our appointees (eg administrative, fiscal, tax consultant), and is communicated externally only in fulfillment of legal obligations.\u00a0In case of refusal to provide the data necessary for the above fulfilments, we will not be able to provide you with the requested services.\u00a0The data acquired for these purposes are kept by us for the time required by the respective regulations (10 years, and even longer in the case of tax assessments);<\/p>\n

To speed up the registration procedures in case of your subsequent stays at our facility.\u00a0For this purpose, after obtaining your consent upon arrival at the facility, which can be revoked at any time, your data will be kept and will be used when you will be our guest again for the purposes referred to in the previous points;<\/p>\n

Freedom to give consent and consequences of a refusal.<\/h4>\n

The granting of consent to the processing of personal data is necessary to allow us to be able to follow up on your request.\u00a0In case of refusal to provide consent, it will not be possible for us to provide you with the requested services.<\/p>\n
