Information on the processing of personal data “Privacy”.
We wish to inform you that your personal data, collected through registration or booking, will be used by Camping Daino, in full compliance with the fundamental principles, dictated by legislative decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003 Code regarding the protection of personal data and by the European Regulation 679/2016 – GDPR.
Personal data processing operations and related purpose.
Below, we summarize them pursuant to art. 13, paragraph 1 of the GDPR 679/2016, all the operations we carry out which involve the collection, storage or processing of your personal data, and the purposes we pursue with each of them:
Collection and storage of your personal data for the purpose of providing the booking/purchase service. Since these are treatments necessary for the definition of the contractual agreement and for its subsequent implementation, the conferment is mandatory.
Use of your data for marketing and promotional purposes, communications relating to the reservation and not. Sending communications regarding offers, promotions and/or by way of example reserved discount rates. For this purpose, after obtaining your optional consent, your data will be kept and will not be disclosed to third parties. You can withdraw your consent at any time;
In order to comply with the “Consolidated text of public safety laws” (article 109 RD 18.6.1931 n. 773) which requires us to communicate to the Police Headquarters, for public safety purposes, the personal details of the clients accommodated according to the established methods by the Ministry of the Interior (Decree of 7 January 2013). The provision of data is mandatory, and in case of refusal to provide them we will not be able to host you in our structure. The data acquired for this purpose are not kept by us;
For the purpose of fulfilling the administrative, accounting and tax obligations. For these purposes, the processing is carried out without the need to obtain your consent. The data is processed by us and by our appointees (eg administrative, fiscal, tax consultant), and is communicated externally only in fulfillment of legal obligations. In case of refusal to provide the data necessary for the above fulfilments, we will not be able to provide you with the requested services. The data acquired for these purposes are kept by us for the time required by the respective regulations (10 years, and even longer in the case of tax assessments);
To speed up the registration procedures in case of your subsequent stays at our facility. For this purpose, after obtaining your consent upon arrival at the facility, which can be revoked at any time, your data will be kept and will be used when you will be our guest again for the purposes referred to in the previous points;
Freedom to give consent and consequences of a refusal.
The granting of consent to the processing of personal data is necessary to allow us to be able to follow up on your request. In case of refusal to provide consent, it will not be possible for us to provide you with the requested services.
In case of refusal of consent there will be no consequences.
