BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. The reservation is only valid after payment of the deposit by the Customer and receipt of confirmation by Camping Daino.
2. The payment of the deposit implies acceptance of the conditions set out here, as this act concludes the Booking Contract.
3. Deposit and balance can be paid by bank transfer or credit card directly from our website or via reception.
4. The deposit is calculated as follows:
   For the mobile homes and the chalet: 100% of the total up to a two-night stay; a deposit of 30% of the total amount will be due for longer stays.
   For the pitches and the tents: 100% of the total up to a two-night stay; a deposit of 40% of the total amount will be due for longer stays.
5. Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival for the mobile homes and the chalet, one week prior to arrival for the pitches and the tents. In these cases, the deposit will be refunded with deduction of a handling fee of EUR 10.00.
   After this date, the deposit will be retained.
6. In the event that the Customer has already paid the full amount of the stay, this will be returned minus the deposit and the handling fee.
7. In case of early departure, the Customer will still have to pay the entire period of the booked stay.
8. A minimum stay of three nights is required in July and August for the mobile homes and the chalet.
9. The pitches are to be left by 12:00 p.m., whereas the mobile homes, the chalet and the tents are to be left by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
